Description
Acquiring a good knowledge of how condominiums work avoids pitfalls for brokers when it comes to listing a condominium or preparing the buyer’s promise to purchase.
This training will allow the study of the different types of condominiums, their management, the documents necessary for a listing and the sale. Brokers will gain the knowledge so they can know where to find the information to better represent their clients.
